Independent Investigations/ Special Counsel

We are available for the conduct of independent investigations on behalf of government, business and other organizations in controversial or complex matters where "traditional resources" are inadequate. Our work in this area has included allegations of serious mismanagement and financial irregularities in conflict filled circumstances with intense public interest.

We accomplish this work with Judge Gilbert's direct participation and supervision and add additional attorney, investigative and supportive professional resources as called for.
